Today's dude of the day has to be "The Hills" star/enemy Spencer Pratt. He finally broke up "Hills" stars and best friends Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad. Spencer got his way and now that there is an alleged sex tape leaked of Lauren and her ex Jason Wahler he gets more ammunition to say that Lauren is not a nice girl and Heidi should not be friends with her. Spencer won, but lets see how it all turns out on the next season of "The Hills."

Dude of the day
Today's dude of the day has to be "The Hills" star/enemy Spencer Pratt. He finally broke up "Hills" stars and best friends Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad.
