Here's whats for lunch

I create my own version of the Italian appetizer bruschetta. Mix the tomatoes, onions, goat cheese, olive oil, basil, and mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Cut the French bread in half and hollow out the bread with a spoon. Take the tomato mixture and spread it evenly into the middle of the bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and enjoy! This will become your new favorite version of bruschetta. Heating up the ingredients helps the goat cheese and mozzarella cheese melt together and surround the tomato mixture. It is so creamy and unbelievably delicious!

Ingredients:

1 tomato
1/4 of an onion
2 teaspoons of goat cheese
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
4-5 leaves of basil
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
1 loaf French or Italian bread
salt and pepper to taste
