The Sopranos are back

Last night's much anticipated episode of "The Sopranos" was not as good as I had expected it to be. There was no real action and the story line was a little confusing. It started with Tony going to jail in the beginning for throwing a gun in the snow three years ago. He gets out of jail and decides to go to the lake for his birthday with his crazy sister Janice and her husband Bobby. The weekend was supposed to be a nice way for the two couples to hang out and relax, but obviously on "The Sopranos" nothing is that easy. The four some ended up getting hammered on Tony's birthday which lead to a fight between Tony and Bobby. They ended up going at each other, surprisingly Bobby won the fight. Tony could not handle the defeat and told Bobby the only reason he won was because of Tony's health condition. Here is a short recap of the show.
      • Tony gets arrested
      • Carmella bails him out
      • The couple go to the lake to spend time with Bobby and Janice
      • Tony gives Bobby a chance to gain more responsibility with the "family"
      • Happy Birthday Tony!, time to get hammered
      • Bobby and Tony fight
      • Carmella gets thrown to the ground
      • Tony can't stand the fact that Bobby won the fight
      • They get over it and take a meeting with two guys who want someone whacked?
      • Bobby who has never whacked someone leaves the lake and gets the job done
      • Tony and Carmella leave the lake
      • Bobby comes home to a happy family
The time line seems like it makes sense, but as I was watching the show It seemed confusing. My biggest question was what is going on between Tony and Christopher? Chris called to wish the boss a happy birthday and Tony just hung up on him. I am sure it will all make sense soon, but it is so frustrating when you wait to watch something for so long and it seems like a total waste when you don't understand it.
