Morning snack

This is more of a meal than a snack, I was starving this morning and decided to make eggs. I looked through my pantry and realized that I had a fresh, buttery, flaky croissant. I decided to make a croissanwich, I stuffed my croissant with eggs, cheese, onions, and green peppers, I used cheddar cheese but feel free to use your favorite cheese. The only thing about this sandwich that is crucial is toasting the croissant. If the croissant is not toasted the whole sandwich will become a soggy mess. Try to make your own croissant sandwich instead of going to Burger King and putting 5,000 calories and 50 grams of fat in your mouth, my version is much healthier and it is so simple to make there is no reason not to create your own.
