The governator said no!

Everyone is washing their hands with Paris Hilton, half of the country thinks that that should lock her up and throw away the key, and the other half wants to keep the precious little heiress driving the streets of LA with a cocktail in hand. Arnold Schwarzzenegger certainly could care less if Paris gets thrown into the slammer. Paris asked the governator for a pardon, and he said he has much bigger issues to deal with other than Paris driving with a suspended license and getting caught. My only problem with Paris being thrown in the pokey is what are we supposed to write about everyday, the news won't be as entertaining without stories of Paris partying it up in one of LA's hot spots.
