Flying yesterday was a nightmare for dozens of passengers who were stuck on Jet Blue Airlines last night due to the snow. Half of Jet Blue's 550 flights were stuck on the runway for close to 10 hours and other planes were frozen to the ground at the gate. Some passengers were patiently waiting to be let off the plane while others were complaining about being treated as hostages. Jet Blue sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and offered passengers who were stuck for more than three hours a full refund and a round trip ticket for a future flight.
