Everyone loves chocolate! My demographic grew up in the Godiva and Ghirardelli brands. Russell Stover has been around for many many years and is trying to compete with the newer and trendier varieties such as Godiva and Ghirardelli. According to advertisingage.com Russell Stover is trying to revamp their packaging by introducing new gourmet flavors such as vanilla bean creme brulee, in order to appeal to their competitors audience. Although Russell Stover has a strong audience they are trying to become a little more trendy and unique in their appearance by creating red, alligator-skin-clad hearts for Valentines day. Now we have another reason to enjoy chocolate. Yummy!!!
