Katie Holmes loves her Friday ritual of pizza and cupcakes, but hopefully she won't start to love it to much or Tom will have a lot more of Katie to deal with.

The weekend is coming to an end but there was nothing exciting that happened. Friday night I hung out at my friends apartment and ate a lot of food, we decided to have a girls night in and ordered pizza and made a bunch of junk food. My favorite combination was pizza and Doritos I know it sounds gross but you can't knock it until you try it. Pizza is one of our all time favorite comfort foods and we thought it would be a good idea to order 4 pizza's for five people, I know we must sound like over eating pigs but I have to say we are all fairly tiny girls and it is truly amazing how much we can all eat. At the end of the evening there was only one slice of pizza left. We all ended up in a food coma and much to my friends dismay she got really sick and ended up puking all morning. Saturday was a day of relaxation and television. All of us sat in our own houses and watched TV all day, we had the hourly check in to see if there were any plans being made for the rest of the day but no one wanted to move. At around 7:00 we all decided to go out for a little while and of course ended up eating more food. It was a funny weekend and we all looked like we were super hungover from Friday night but were truly sick from so much pizza. It was a fun girls weekend, but I have to say when the urge for pizza hits you try not to eat a whole pie because I guarantee you will regret it!
Here is an all time easy and classic dish to make. The pita pizza is a nice stretch from the regular greasy slice of pizza. Pita Pizza is easy to make on your own and is much healthier. I like to make mine a little fancy but just like any regular pizza you can create your own toppings and make it just the way you want. It can be as simple as a regular cheese and tomato pizza or as fancy as sliced pears and brie. I like my pizza a little tangy in order to even out the sweetness of the pita bread. I top my pizza with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. I bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes until it is golden brown. The olive oil cheese and herb mixture bakes into the bread and turns it into my own version of focaccia bread. I top my pizza with caramelized onions, goat cheese, and fresh parsley. The ingredients are simple but the outcome is unbelievably delicious. Try to invent your own version of a pita pizza and I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised.
As the weekend rolls around everyone is looking for a way to relax. This episode of 30 Minute Meals will give you a chance to sit at home pop in a few of your favorite movies and enjoy a tasty pizza without it being from a box. This episode is all about making your own Mega Meatball Pizza and Zippy Italian Popcorn. This meal will be made in the same amount of time it would take to order delivery. She creates a pizza that is like eating a huge meatball sandwich. She combines typical meatball ingredients such as, ground sirloin, garlic, tomato sauce, basil, and alot of parmesan cheese. It sounds very heavy but it is the perfect movie food. Definately not your typical greasy pizza! Zippy Italian Popcorn is fresh popped and topped with crushed red pepper, garlic powder, melted butter, and again more parmesan cheese. It is a delicious and healthy way to stuff your face while you sit on the couch and watch television. Enjoy!
The person replies, "I am 240 pounds, world kick boxing champion and a natural blond. My friend is 190 pounds, world judo champion and is a natural blond. And my other friend is 200 pounds, world arm wrestling champion and is also a natural blond. Do you still want to tell me that blond joke?"
The man thinks for a while and replies, "Not if I have to explain it three times."
