Where was Jessica?

Jessica was a no show at the Operation Smile benefit, and everyone was wondering where she was. Jessica has been a strong supporter for the benefit and has done as much as possible to help this charity build schools all over the world, but has not worked with the charity in almost a year. Jessica went to Africa for the charity last year but after her well publicized trip and her divorce from Nick Lachey she has been keeping a low profile with the charity. John Mayer must be giving her more than enough to smile about so maybe Jessica decided she does not need to smile for charity anymore.

Drew gives back

Drew Barrymore really does care, she was named Ambassador Against Hunger for the United Nations . Drew is trying to get relief for children in Africa, she does not understand why these children go for days without food and truly wants to help, she is working as an advocate for school feeding programs in developing countries. Drew was so sad to learn that half of these children only go to school because they will get one cup of food, many of these children don't even eat all the food and take it home so they can share it with their families. Drew wants to find a way to bring more food into the school systems so children don't go starving and can have the concentration to learn, if these children are able to learn they may eventually have the chance to create a better life for themselves and their families. It is so sad how much we take for granted, many people are trying to make a difference in these countries the most famous one of all is U2 front man Bono, "American Idol" held a huge telethon called "Idol Gives Back" and raised close to $60 million for underprivileged children in Africa and America. There are so many things that we take for granted but when you see a young child starving to death it makes you realize what is truly important in life.

"American Idol" has definitely given back. The glorified telethon which aired Tuesday and Wednesday raised close to $60,000,000. "Idol Gives Back", which was hosted by Ellen Degeneres, aired in order to raise money for impoverished children in Africa and America, kids should be able to eat and get their medicine. No one wants a million little kids walking around looking like Nicolle Richie.


Paris Hilton has found a new species to neglect. The "charitable" heiress decided to adopt a pair of kittens from a local pet depot. Poor Tinkerbell she is going to have to share the spotlight with two new kitties.






Lindsay thinks being an actress is very lonely, she defends going out every night because she claims she does not like to be alone. Partying in clubs and getting drunk is the perfect way to find someone new to take home with her every night so she never has to sleep by herself. Oh Lindsay what are we going to do with you? Even one of the most beautiful girls in the world get criticized for their weird features. Angelina Jolie got snapped in a bad moment, one of the veins in her forehead is popping out and a lucky photographer got a picture of it. I guess we all need to find flaw in someone so beautiful in order to make us a little happier.




Alec apologized for calling his daughter Ireland a pig on "The View" this morning, he needed some type of back up and I guess he thought having Rosie in his corner would help him out, maybe the Donald will find another reason to talk about her and everyone will leave Alec alone. Ashlee Simpson does not care that people know she got plastic surgery. When Ashlee got a nose job last April she said it was a personal choice and no one should care about it. She is not worried about what other people think and says she is happy with all of her choices and does not think she should be mocked for anything she decides to do.


Lindsay Lohan went out with gal pal Nicolle Richie but she looks like she just rolled out of bed and decided to go to the bar. Lindsay hit Hollywood hot spot Winston's last night but does not look like she was ready for an evening out. Lohan looks like she is wearing the top from her flannel pajamas then decided to throw on barely there shorts and some jewelry, the sad part is it probably took her an hour to pick out this outfit.



Angelina wants to change the name of her newly adopted son, as if his name and his lifestyle at the moment are not hard enough. Angelina already changed his name from Pham Quang Sang to Pax Thien Jolie, but now she wants to add Pitt to the end of his name. When Pax grows up and checks out his records he is going to have a hard time figuring out what his name really is.


Tonight "Idol Gives Back" the two hour special shows a softer side of Simon when him and Ryan travel to Africa in order to see how these young kids are dealing with their impoverished life styles. Ellen Degeneres will be hosting the special that will have performances by Kelly Clarkson, Gwen Stefani, Celine Dion, and Carrie Underwood. Tune in to the FOX special tonight at 8:00.




Jennifer Aniston is going to be the new face for Glaceau Smart Water. She has the wholesome look that the company is looking for. She has done Heineken and deodorant commercials and now is moving on to water. She may be done with sitcoms but she will always find a way to rake in the dough.
