He said that the restaurant has two menu's one written in chinese and one written in english. The chinese menu has a difference of $1 dollar in price. The restaurant said they just simply have two menu's one for eating in the restaurant and one for take out. Bloomberg is telling people not to go to this restaurant because if no one goes they will lose a lot of money and will ultimately have to shut down.
