Photoshop!!!!

UGGHHHHHHHH!!!! For all of you bloggers out there trying to figure out how to tweak pictures into your own and photoshop them, help!!! It is interesting to learn but so frustrating to actually do. I tried to put Al Gore on Britney's head as a environmental activist against a chain smoking pop star in rehab! thought it would be funny and I was playing around but it will not work! If I find out how to work it I will post it, if anyone comes across my site and has comments for me please let me know.
