The weekend starts in about 4 hours. Friday night is the day we all look forward to. The workweek is over and it is time to relax. The weekend can either be the most relaxing or stressful thing in the world. First you have to figure out who you think is worthy enough to hang out with. After that process ends you have to figure out what to do. Movies, bars, dinner? The options can be endless. Just deciding on what to do can take over an hour. The conversation with your friends is an ongoing circle of what do you want to do? I don't know what do you want to do? It is the most annoying response in the world. Once you figure out what you want to do you have to think about where you want to do it. For instance if you want to go out to dinner you have to find a cuisine that everyone can agree on then you have to pick a place. When you are going out with 5-10 people the odds of everyone agreeing on a certain type of food is nearly impossible. Say you decide to skip dinner and go straight to the drinking, finding a bar is not as hard to do, but you have to figure out who is going to drive. That conversation somehow always turns into a fight. Most people are not big fans of driving their retardedly drunk friends around all the time. As a designated driver you run the risk of having one of your friends puke in your car, that's a great way to spend a Friday night! Another option could be going to a movie it is quiet and relaxing. You don't have to talk to anyone and if you suddenly get exhausted from your week of work, you don't have to feel to bad for falling asleep because no one will notice. The only downside to a movie is trying to get everyone to agree on what movie to see. Friday nights can turn out to be more stressful than working. Suddenly sitting in your office does not seem so bad. It is probably easier to go out by yourself, grab some dinner and catch a movie, there is no stress and no fighting.. Everyone needs a break from their friends sometimes. After all there is always Saturday night. Here are some of my favorite dining destinations. For a nice sit down Italian dinner you can't go wrong with Eccola or Casa Bella. Burgers and Fries on your mind? Cleveland's tap room has the greatest assortment of bar food. It is fresh and delicious. If it is pizza you are craving the Reservoir tavern is the place to go. It is a casual atmosphere with spectacular pizza and pasta. Whatever you are craving is within your reach, there should be no stress involved in enjoying a delicious meal.

"Idol's" top 12
"American Idol" chose its final twelve last night. There was no surprise Antonella Barbra got booted off last night. After all of the controversy that surrounded her due to her racy pictures that leaked over the Internet she has received a lot of public attention. She did not get kicked off the show but in a previous season Frenchie Davis got kicked off for the same situation. The judges commended the way she dealt with all of the negativity that surrounded her but told her that her voice would not make her the next "Anerican Idol." Last night America agreed as she was sent home. Other contestants that had to leave the "Idol" stage were Sabrina Sloan, Jared Cotter, and Jason "Sundance." Everyone was surprised that "Sundance" was voted off, especially judge Paula Abdul, she said she was shocked because "American Idol" is a singing competition and you were on of the best. This season is filled with a lot of drama which makesfor good television, but in the end who will be the next "American Idol."

Frenchie vs. American Idol

Rosie O'Donnell does it again. Yesterday on "The View" She chose not to hold her tongue, this time her comments were about "American Idol" she called the show "Racist and Weightist" for choosing to keep Antonella Barbra when it was revealed that she had posed nude for some photographs that were leaked on the Internet. She thinks it had more to do with her physical appearance than her voice, because when the same much publicised issue happened with Frenchie Davis, she got kicked off the show. Executive producer Nigel Lythgoe has responded to her comments and is quoted as saying:
"Without wishing to add to the obvious self-promotion of Ms. O'Donnell, I feel as though I must refute her absurd and ridiculous claims that "American Idol" is racist and/or weightist," he said in a statement. "Ms. O'Donnell has, once again, spoken without thought or knowledge. Viewers need only look at the show tonight to realize that ‘American Idol' constantly confirms to America that talent has nothing to do with weight or color."
O'Donnell has every right to state her opinion that is what being such a popular personality is. But she needs to realize what she is saying and how it could effect her, and the people around her. The backlash she is recieving does ultimately effect her other co-stars, because it all started on "The View."
