Morning Snack

This snack is simple and so delicious. I decided to try a little experiment, I am a big fan of stuffed croissants and tried to make my own version of a strawberry stuffed croissant, I took a croissant and split it in half, I mixed together low fat cream cheese and strawberry preserves and spread it on both halves of the croissant. After i put the cream cheese mixture on the croissant I baked it in the toaster oven for five minutes. I let the croissant cool then added fresh sliced strawberries in the middle. It was so delicious, I wish I had thought of it before!

Here's whats for lunch

Todays lunch involves a toaster oven or microwave. It is fast and simple and I guarantee everyone has had one, Lean Pockets are one of the easiest things in the world to make, when you are in a rush you can enjoy a satisfying lunch within 2.5 minutes. It might be a cop out from actually cooking but when you are hungry and want something fast Lean Pockets are a great solution. My favorite is the meatball and mozzarella but there is a wide variety of Lean Pockets to chose from. Heat and enjoy!
