Kate Walsh is saying good bye to Seattle Grace were thinking about leaving the show as well, Kate Walsh was the first one to take the chance and leave the show, hopefully her and moving on to California to star in the Grey's Anatomy spin off Private Practice. Sarah Ramirez says the show just won't be the same without her and she is very sad to see her go. All the controversy that has surrounded Grey's Anatomy this year made the show even more popular, but there was a short amount of time where other cast members such as Katherine Heigl, hopefully Kate Walsh's spin off will survive otherwise Addison Montgomery might have to make a come back at Seattle Grace.
Bill Clinton made an appearance on TVLand and said he can't understand why the papers and the paparazzi can't leave Britney Spears alone while she is going through a crisis. Who would think the former president of the United States would tell people to leave Britney Spears alone. He was talking about all of the media attention pop culture gets, and wished there was a way to get the younger generation informed on world politics rather than pop culture. He also went on to reveal his favorite shows "24," "Boston Legal," and "Grey's Anatomy." Even Bill enjoys a little pop culture every once in a while.
Ellen Pompeo gets a huge paycheck! As the cast of Grey's Anatomy are in negotiations over their salary, it was reported today that Meredith Grey (Pompeo) will receive the most money. She is set to earn $200,000 per episode while others will get close to $125,000. The salary negotiations have been going on for a month and are still not through. Sandra Oh, Katherine Heigl, and Patrick Dempsey's salaries are still not settled. After the tabloids got wind of Heigl's negotiations they turned it sparked a lot of rumors about the condition of the cast and show. They made it seem like she was under appreciated and may not continue on the show, these rumors are false and her salary is definitely going to increase. The stars of the hit ABC show are under a seven year contract and will abide by them. It is one of the most talked about shows on television and it is very unlikely that it will fall apart.
Even if "Izzie" wanted to leave Grey's Anatomy she can't. Katherine Heigl's contract will not let her leave. Despite her problem with her salary the producers realize she is a very important factor in what makes Grey's Anatomy such a great show. That is why producers made sure she signed a contract that will keep her on the show for a while. There was talk that Katherine was going to be compensated generously for the show and the tabloids spun the story and turned it into something negative. Make up you minds people are you going to pay her or not pay her. Either way everyone is still going to watch "Izzie" go crazy at Seattle Grace.
